Returns & Refunds


Return Policy: 

You may return any item(s) back to us for a full refund under the following conditions: 

  1. The return is made within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the item(s). 
  2. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be included. 

Return Shipping:  

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, but there are exceptions on a case-by-case basis. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Refund Policy: 

Once we receive and process your returned item(s), you will be notified of the refund status. The refund (if applicable) will be initiated back into the original form of payment.  

Please note that if the item(s) do not meet the conditions specified in the Return Policy above, a re-stocking fee based on the condition of the item(s) will be charged. In the case of a re-stocking fee, we will email you a photo of the item’s condition to justify the charged fee.
